Delightful surprise

We had no great expectations of the Motor Inn, only as we had a single night stay before my wife ran a half marathon in town.
Everything exceeded our nonexpectations very pleasantly.
The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable with a roomy shower and great water pressure.
The restaurant was friendly with the best steak I have had for a long time and plenty of choice. Breakfast was relaxed with great options, including poached eggs in which the staff take great pride.
The staff were delightful throughout - warm and friendly in what now, sadly, may be considered old fashioned hospitality, but which is always a great pleasure to encounter.
Nudge is a bit of a hike from Sydney but its wineries and restaurants are always worth visiting. We know where we’ll look to stay every time now - thank you very much, team.

A very well appointed and comfortable room and restaurant on site.

This motel has everything you could wish for in an overnight stay - in fact for a week's stay, with plenty of drawers and bench space. Chairs and table plus desk. A very well appointed and comfortable room. And a good restaurant, including a small bar area on site. Great for family dining. And a good buffet breakfast. Great service too.

Good value for money. Great location. We would stay again.

Great location. There is a French cafe 200m from here and is a must visit. Great coffee and pastries.
The motel has a pool which is great for kids in the heat. Easy to walk into the Main Street and close to pubs and eateries.
Rooms are massive. Bathrooms are newly renovated but could do with a fan. We turned our fridge off as it was loud at night but that’s ok.
Breakfast was included. Standard hot and cold options. We got there late and lots of the hot food was gone.

Clean, convenient and friendly

Accommodation and facilities are simple but clean and well maintained. Conveniently located in town. Short walk to river and shops. Friendly professional staff.
