Pleasant place to stay.

Clean, spacious and well maintained. Friendly staff with excellent communication. Great location. Also liked nice touches such as some fiction paperback books, tasteful artwork, and a welcoming glass of port.

A fabulous stay at Serenity

Had a fantastic stay at Serenity earlier this month. Very spacious, spotlessly clean unit with great amenities and helpful and friendly staff. The resort is small and peaceful with a fab pool, and bbq/dining area. It’s just a couple minutes walk away from local bars and restaurants, as well the beach and plenty local walks and hikes nearby. There’s a bus stop just round the corner, and Maggie Island operates a fantastic bus service connecting you to all the main bays. All in all we spent a fantastic few days on the island and I would highly recommend Serenity.

Great customer service

Such a great customer service! Due to the floodings in Queensland we couldn’t stay on Magnetic island and Moira was so helpful with our booking! We got helped fast and with much effort and could feel the friendliness trough the screen! We would love to come back and stay with you some time in the future because we were left with such a friendly exchange :)

Fabulous host!

Moira was a fabulous host! We unfortunately arrived after magnetic island had some bad weather and most shops etc were closed. Moira kindly taken me and my friend to get something to eat and also upgraded our room to a bigger one for us to fit more comfortably. It was a lovely room, clean and tidy with shampoos and body wash and lovely towels. The pool was out of access obviously due to the weather there but it looked beautiful! We were actually gutted Mother Nature didn’t allow us full use of the place but we had a great time none the less due to Moira’s kindness and hospitality! The apartment is also close to the bus stop and situated right next to the beach. Highly reccomend :)

Diolch yn fawr, Thank you, for a wonderful stay

Serenity is perfectly located in Picnic Bay, a short walk from the jetty and beautiful beach with swimming nets. Close to Pub and superb restaurants too. We had a 2 bedroomed unit, stylishly furnished, well equipped and with the most comfortable beds. Garden is a tropical oasis around the lovely pool.
