I enjoyed our stay here but there was hair everywhere so I'm assuming the room had not been cleaned well enough 😄 There was also a makeup stain on the bathroom doorway that I wiped off with my finger 😄 There was no bath mat but not the end of the world 😄 I really did like the place and I would stay there again. I will probably ask to switch rooms if it wasn't properly cleaned though! It's a lovely quiet area

Rooms are always nice and clean and location was great.
Tea and milk was never replaced during 4 day stay. Internet connection would not work for laptop use which was very frustrating - the was the case for my 2 colleagues in different rooms too. The internal reception phone would not work and I was also unable to call reception through and outside line.

Verbal Abuse and Discrimination – Avoid This Hotel
Unable to give (-) negative
I have never been so disrespected in a professional establishment. After a 7-hour drive to Perth on March 22, 2026, my husband and I were met at check-in by a staff member who was immediately hostile. He refused eye contact, was visibly annoyed, and made the bizarre, prejudiced claim that he "knew I wouldn't provide ID" just by looking at me.
When I calmly asked if I had done something to deserve this treatment, he pointed his finger at me and said, "If I get fired, it's YOUR fault," then told me to "go away" if I was unhappy. The situation turned truly ugly as I walked toward the lift; he used audible profanities in English and a gendered slur in Chinese dialect behind my back. When I told him I understood what he said, he hid in the manager's office.
Disturbingly, I then watched him treat a Caucasian male guest with a completely different, much softer tone and professional eye contact. This wasn't just "bad service"—it was verbal abuse and blatant discrimination. Management, you have a serious liability on your front desk. I am formally escalating this.

Clean and tidy. TV didn't work. But I'd stay there again.
