Marys B&B is a 9-minute drive from Cottesloe Beach and a 35-minute drive from Perth Airport. Located 50 metres from the property is a bus stop that will take guests to Perth City. Marys Bed and Breakfast offers a large courtyard with BBQ facilities. All self contained rooms have private secure access. Each suite or apartment provides a living area and a kitchenette with tea/coffee making facilities. The King Room has garaged parking, tea and coffee making facilities and a garden outlook. The 2 bedroom apartment has a larger living area and kitchenette. Your private bathroom has a toilet, shower and free toiletries. Some rooms offer a garden view, outdoor furniture and a separate toilet with a washbasin. Excellance of accomadation

A warm welcome on arrival after a long drive was very welcome. The two bedroom unit would put a lot of motels and hotels to shame. Everything was in place and clean and tidy. The lady herself was very friendly and open to a chat if it suited. Ideal place to stay if like me you had things to do in a close proximity to marys. Could not fault my stay.

Wonderful stay

We arrived at Mary's B & B after two long flights and were greeted with a warm welcome and cool drink. The apartment had everything you could want. Mary herself was the perfect hostess explaining the area around us and the transport links. She even took time to drive us to the Mt. Claremont shops and station more than once. She also drove us into Perth when we collected and dropped off our hire car and was kind enough to loan us a GPS on our trip to Margaret River. This was the perfect start and finish to our holiday in Western Australia and we would have no hesitation in recommending her B & B to others and, if and when we visit the area again, staying with her once more.

A very comprehensive B&B operator

Unfortunately, due to the bush fire in the Margaret River region, we had to re. arrange our itinerary and cancel some of our exiting reservations, one of which was with Mary's B&B. She immediately accepted not to charge us the cancellation fee and in addition, she helped us find alternative accommodation. This was very generous on her part and we are very thankful for her comprehension.

Great Hospitality / Next to Weekend Bazaar

We had a wonderful stay there. Mary is so warm and she cooks delicious breakfast. The property is close to City beach, it is locating in a great area where you can run and jog nicely. Saturday market is next door, make sure you get up earlier and be there at 7:30am, you will love it!

We stay every year when we come to perth!

We have been staying with Mary & the Family every year since 2010!
The units are amazing! comfortable, clean and specious!
The family is the best hosts we have seen!
They are happy to assist with anything you need, will always be there for the guests and offer all the help you might need!
I would not stay anywhere else!
