Excellent everything except:
1) bring your own dental care kit
2) no bidet so bring what you feel you need to bring depending on your own toilet habits (portable bidet, dipper, wet wipes)

Location is perfect. Few minutes away from train station. Bed and pillow comfortable. No disposable toiletries and no bottled water provided. Housekeeping not available afternoon onwards and had to go down and collect ownself.

Clean and neat. Not particularly fancy, great well priced option to sleep, eat and enjoy the city.

Overall the hotel is nice at a great location. The only thing is I had a housekeeper trying to come into my room at 8:30 in the morning for housekeeping. Not sure why it’s so early since I’ve travelled a lot. I never had any housekeeping service this early. I arrived at the hotel late plus jet lagged, therefore I was still asleep when I heard the housekeeping tried to open the door then realized it’s locked then she knocked on my door.

Location, style, price & comfort were all perfect for staying one night in the city for a friends birthday. Only complaint was their entry /swipe card system.
They give you two cards, one red, one blue.
I took one card out with me and upon my return couldn’t get into the building. Another guest saw me & notified me that I had the “wrong colour” to get in.
He let me in so I could speak to reception who confirmed I needed one card to get into the building & the other card to get into my room. These details weren’t told upon check in, weren’t sign posted near entry or the room & wasn’t advertised on the cards them self.
My partner had the same problem but in reverse as he had the other coloured card. He could get into the building but not the room
