Convenient location to Newcastle Uni. Spacious room, high recommend!

Cutlery and crockery were dirty, with food still stuck to some cutlery.
Beds, bathrooms etc were excellent.
Poor layout, with no sanitary facilities downstairs, making it hard for older people and those with bad knees.
Parking inadequate unless underneath was used - again too many stairs.

Place was very clean. Comfortable beds.
Only issue was that there was no AC in bedrooms.

Was a little difficult to find at night in the dark, and you need to pick up the keys from a different location (5min drive away), but the apartment was excellent.
Very clean & comfortable with onsite parking in a shared parking garage.

Reception was at a different suburb. There was suppose to be a text explaining this but I never received it so the Uber dropped me off then I had to get another to take me to the reception, then another to take me back. No apology was offered. My room wasn’t ready so they scrambled to find some place for me to stay. They didn’t seem familiar with the hotel either.
Once we were inside, lthe accommodation was lovely but there are no shops around. There was tea and coffee sachets but no milk provided.
