Bendigo trip

Most things were excellent , but the kettle in the room made the water have a funny taste , so we had to use a pot to boil the water for tea and coffee .
We also found the bed a lttle to hard for our liking it would be better if it had some kind of topper.

In need of maintenance and refurbishment.

In need of maintenance and refurbishment.
En-suite had water damage. Laminate floor planks lifting and door frame swollen with peeling paint.
Curtains dirty and grimy.
Whole apartment needed to be repainted.
Two bedroom apartment for up to four people but lounge only had one small sofa.

Fantastic Apartment

Beautiful Apartment, we had the 3 Bedroom which was fantastic, very spacious .
2 Bathrooms , Kitchen, Washing machine & Dryer, everything you need

Unfortunately my room was at the front and the road noise is horrendous!! Reception even gave me some ear plugs but they didn’t really help. Nice staff, the carpet had some stains and the bathroom skirting was really scuffed, bed was comfy and great water pressure. Probably would have been a 4 star review if I had a room down the back of the property

Disappointed

Quest Golden Square, Apartment 4 overall was in terrible condition. Bedroom cutains had a large blood stain. Blood on doona. Curtain hooks missing. Tumble drier didnt heat. Wasing machine stopped mid cycle. Chewing gum on carpet square that easy to replace. Ensuite door frame needs replacing. Grout all over ensuite tiles. Ensuite cupboard door laminate peeling up. Pillow protectors missing on one bed. Marks all over the walls. I asked for a refund and was told via an email, that they went above and beyond for me as i entered before 11am to drop balloons off!!! I did not return until after lunch. Disappointed.
