Beautiful location, cleanliness to improve

The excellent location, the size of the apartment, its terrace and the river view deserve a full rating. To improve cleaning, in the showers we found the remains of soap used by previous guests. It would be a great idea to eliminate the carpet in the rooms, old and dirty, very unhygienic solution. Well as for the wi-fi, waiting for the renewal, the wi-fi ‘soap’ worked very well. Gentle and patient at check in. Overall a very good accommodation to visit Brisbane with a good Price quality ratio.

Bridgewater revisited

returned to Bridgewater after 20 years, same view of the river, also same lumpy mattress , same TV but no internet connection, charging for car parking.
No lift to second floor , so fun carrying 23 Kg cases up stairs.
No money has been spent in keeping the apartment contemporary, broken equipment, missing TV etc etc.
Quest did well to divest their name from this Tower block.

Very dirty; bathroom toilet and shower not clean. curtains hanging off , settee and cushions filthy.smoke alarm covered with plastic bag . Complaints not dealt with .
Could not stay in it .

Room smelt funny, was being masked with a fragrance machine. After some investigating it was the washing machine, mold in the seals. Smell hung around whole trip.
Very quick walk to the river this was amazing. Beautiful gardens to the pool. Saw some lizards that made our daughters day seeing them.
Pool area very tidy and kids had fun playing there

Basic apartment, sofa and carpet in poor condition
