Easy check in, lovely staff, easy parking and close to everything. Rooms clean and comfortable and they were happy to set up the bed configuration how we wanted it in the 2 bedroom. Secure as well, needing the key to access property after hrs. Definitely would stay again.:)

Poor parking
The room was nice but it was expensive for what it was. The fact that I had to park around the block and not in the secure parking was a major let down I will not be returning for this reason

Disappointed
Cleanliness of the bathroom and kitchen was poor, there's a half a meter step to get over in order to get into the shower, with no handle, or anything to hang onto to.

Can do much better
How can an acccomodation provider become so greedy and offer so little.
Booked a room 12 months ago and specified twin for father and son.
Arrived late, double bed really? Spoke to reception following morning....sorry we are booked out and we only have so many rooms that convert to twin...really? Why couldnt you bother to tell me 12 months ago when I spoke to the reception staff?
No extra blanket, only light bed covering, flat useless pillow. No parking, yes they are booked out but some occupants have 2 to 3 cars, not hard to work out, is anyone monitoring the car park?
Speaking to others who are at same event, they tried to book for next year, $200 increase which now takes room rate to over $500 per night. Most of our group now rebooked down the street for a much better price. Loyal customers since you opened, no more.

Excellent location and rooms are clean. Friendly staff members always willing to help. Only thing is there is no lift and very inconvenient to carry luggage into level 1
