It was a very basic motel, but was perfect for our needs as we were only there to sleep each night. The beds were very comfortable, it had a microwave, jug etc. The pool was being used by people and seemed to be popular. We intend staying there again because of the really resonable pricing, and the convenient location.

Good location on main road. Staff friendly and helpful at checkin. Room big with queen bed and 1 single. Very quiet, apparently a bus arrived over night, no noise from other guests. A bit dated, but clean with good bed and comfy mattress. TV seemed to only work for streaming services, not free to air. Good access to free wifi. Overall good value for money.

Woke up at 2am with water coming into my bathroom flooding the floor. Called the motel numerous times with no answer. Concerned about water leaking from air con and was concerned about gas leaks as well. Ended up sleeping in my car. No compensation was offered at all. Very unhelpful,

I'm sure in India this place would be a well run palace - in Bendigo however its a place to avoid.

Quality by name only. Stayed in December visiting family. Second time staying and wouldn't stay again. On checking in noticed the bins full outside the rooms. On entering our room noticed apart from the questionable cleaning that the smoke alarm was open with no battery. On attending front desk the gentleman there said yes maybe broken with a smile. Now I'm sure there may be some language differences and in the Quality Inn - Kolkattabad in far away lands I'm sure that smoke alarms are not considered but here in Australia I point out that its a legal requirement. Much rushing around ensued while a battery was attempted to be found. Eventually after family members were rushing about opening cupboards and drawers like an episode of Fawlty Towers they said we will bring to your room. 15 mins later knock on the door I was presented with a battery - they didnt even ask to put it in - 3 of them.at the door watched me install it. It was bizarre- like they had no.concept of hospitality. So later that night when we got back from a function the same 3 or 4 men were sitting outside the motel rooms talking and laughing while smoking until well past midnight. Wouldn't stay here again for all the incense sticks in Hydrabad.
