Good place to rest

Hotel located on the left hill of the road to Yereban. It's not close to downtown but Yandex does its job. Spacious rooms, with snack tables in the garden. Our room, four people had table space with 4 chairs, refrigerator, warm water and basic utensils. Amenities in the bathroom.
Owner, who speaks English, is lovely. Help in any way necessary.
