Services not offered but included in the price.

We chose this hotel through Booking a month in advance because of its proximity to the airport, since at the end of our vacation we had to catch an 8:00 a.m. flight. When making the reservation, we were unaware that the hotel belonged to a union.
The reception was cordial. Since we needed to have dinner early and leave before the usual breakfast time, we asked if it was possible to reserve dinner and request an early breakfast for the next day. We were informed that we could not reserve dinner because we did not belong to the union and that the special breakfast had to be arranged by the night concierge.
During the afternoon, we checked three times with different reception staff to ensure that breakfast would be ready before our departure. In all cases, they told us not to worry, as the night concierge would take care of everything.
Not knowing the area and having been unable to have dinner at the hotel, we had a hard time finding an open place nearby. Finally, thanks to Google, we found a restaurant located 1.6 km away.
The next morning, breakfast was not prepared, so we had to leave directly for the airport to avoid the risk of missing our flight. We also did not receive any discount or compensation for a service that had been promised and ultimately was not provided.
The room was comfortable, but the cleanliness left quite a bit to be desired. The hair dryer was broken and did not work, and the television was installed parallel to the bed, which made it very uncomfortable to watch.
Furthermore, although it was hot and we hoped to be able to use the pool that appears in the hotel's advertisements, it was dirty and the area surrounding it (tables, chairs, and green spaces) was neglected and practically out of service.
When checking out, they apologized to us, but that did not make up for a very negative experience. Our main disappointment was that the hotel offered services—such as dinner and breakfast at special times—that, in practice, were not available or did not work correctly for guests who do not belong to the union. That information should be clearly indicated before making the reservation.

Absolutely terrible

Dreadful. The room was dark, hot, tired and dirty. The air conditioning didn’t work at all well, it was very noisy and then dripped water onto me in the middle of night. The bathroom was not clean and full of flies. There was no restaurant and absolutely nothing in the vicinity. The tables in the restaurant area were dirty. It was noisy with people playing football outside.
We were leaving very early and asked for breakfast boxes which we didn’t get.
This was also the only hotel in Argentina that did not want a copy of our passport.
It was absolutely terrible. Although very close to the airport do not book it, go into the city centre there are much better hotels, that are cleaner and safer.

Dreadful is an understatement. The hotel was dirty, flies all over the room, the air conditioning didn’t work, it was inefficient, noisy and dripped water onto my husband all night. WiFi didn’t work in the room. Restaurant wasn’t open until 9 pm at night and only one choice, chicken. Tables in the restaurant area were dirty. The area around the hotel is not great, absolutely nowhere to get anything to eat. However it is close to the airport. This must be one of the worst places I have ever stayed in. Avoid

Staff neglected to tell us at check-in that reservations needed to be made for dinner. When we asked to see a menu we were told no restaurant, no room service without reservation. The 4 of us (2 kids) ended up eating at a gas station down the road. Horrible Wi-Fi.

Everything about this hotel was fine. Hot water , comfy bed and room. The employees seem like they hate their jobs. No greeting or help with bags Breakfast is very minimal.
