Estadia maravilhosa

Apesar do hostel não estar localizado na área central, há vários comércios nas redondezas e restaurantes; quando queríamos ir ao centro pegávamos um Uber ou táxi que é muito barato, cerca de 5 a 10 reais. Bairro seguro e tranquilo. Os quartos são espaçosos, cama e chuveiro bons. A limpeza é eficiente, realizada diariamente. O café da manhã atendeu às nossas necessidades. O destaque fica para os recepcionistas, sempre muito solícitos; principalmente a Mirtes que foi um amor, estava ligada em tudo e foi muito prestativa conosco, nos deu dicas sobre passeios, reservou ( mesmo não sendo da agência indicada pelo hotel), lavou nossas roupas...sempre perguntando se precisávamos de algo. Agradecemos muito pela gentileza e preocupação conosco!

Reservation error at Hotel Universal in Mendoza.

The owner of the "Universal Hotel" is a rude, uneducated, ironic, and mocking person, with zero hospitality. In May 2026, we had made a reservation for 7 days, but we didn't last even 10 minutes in the place. Our mistake was asking him to show us the room we had reserved; he reacted very poorly. Fortunately, we found another hotel two blocks away where we could stay.

Sencillo pero limpio y bien ubicado

Me cambiaron las calificaciones en TRIPADVISOR, ya no existe el BUENO, que para mi sería la calificación adecuada para este hotel, así que tuve que poner MUY BUENO. El hotel es sencillo, pero limpio y bien ubicado. A una cuadra hay varios barcitos donde comer . El desayuno muy sencillo también. Atendido por los dueños. En la entrada había rociadores para desinfectarse las manos . Fuimos con un tour .

SURPREENDENTE.

O hotel é simples, mas muito bem organizado e limpo. São poucos quartos mas todos eles muito bem organizados. Só não tem frigobar. Mas tem a Marta, uma pessoa incrível, muito atenciosa, fantástica, super alegre e de alto astral. A rua que falaram que era perigosa é tudo mentira. Não vimos nada de anormal. Muito tranquila por sinal, bem próximo a restaurantes bons e baratos.

Mala experiencia

Tuve una pesima experiencia. Fui recibido por una señora de muy malos modales, alguién que no puede estar atendiendo un hotel. Jamas estaba en la recepción, y era necesario rastrearla para poder salir o entrar.
Si bien es un hotel familiar, debería tener un poco mas de concepto de servicio. La recepción muy pelada, sin vida, sin adornos. Parecia cerrado.
La habitación incomoda, las camas medio pelo, sin velador.
No fue una experiencia agradable, yo no regreso, y menos lo recomiendo a otras personas.
