Wonderful hotel, the staff were sweet and attentive, the room was very spacious and comfortable, and it had everything I needed for a couple of days. The shower was great, the bed was huge, there was a blow dryer (which is so fundamental when you're a lady with long hair traveling in the cold winter), and even though it was really cold outside, the room was warm even with the AC off. When I booked the room, I really wasn't expecting it to be so beautiful; I was traveling on a budget and trying to find something cheap rather than luxurious, but then when I arrived and saw the room, I was pleasantly surprised! I honestly feel like I ended up getting both a luxury experience and a great deal. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone on a modest budget who still wants to stay in a super nice place, and I look forward to my next stay!!

Avoid this place

You cannot call it a hotel, it is more of an expensive “hostel” or accommodation for groups without too many scruples.
The hallways with dirty carpeting, an elevator that does not work, already make you suspect that it is not the cleanest place in the world.
We booked 4 nights and after spending only one night, we had to leave due to the unacceptable conditions.
We already started off badly just making the reservation. They sent me an email requesting payment in advance according to the conditions of a different rate than the one I booked. After my request for a rate type review, they retracted.
The staff digs in their heels and defends the indefensible, without solving absolutely anything.
One room was a “handicap” room, which turns out to be a room adapted for the disabled. That is not a problem in itself. The problem was that when showering, the whole bathroom would flood. When we complained, the proposed solution was to give us a bucket and a mop so that we could dry it ourselves.
Constant noise from the street and noise from the groups staying on the same floor.
The other room, a matrimonial suite. Floor and walls half broken and the TV located in a spot where it could not be seen. They moved us to the room next door which had a small living area with filthy armchairs. In this one, you could watch the television… located on the side of the bed.
Only one nightstand on one of the sides.
A refrigerator that was leaking water and an ironing board leaning against the wall.
Breakfast, nonexistent. A group occupied the entire space and there was absolutely nothing for breakfast; the group ate it all.
The elevator is broken, and looking at the reviews, it has been broken for at least 8 months.
You can use a freight elevator that is in the dark and the light only turns on when it moves. The safety measures are questionable. The door closed on me and hit me hard.
And the final surprise: room cleaning is done between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM. They inform you of that on a little piece of paper they give you when handing over the keys after you have paid.
After all these absurdities, we left after the first night and requested a refund for the remaining 3 nights, because the establishment does not meet acceptable minimums. They refused.
In short, noisy, dirty, in poor condition, and incompetent staff. A scam.

Disappointing Experience

My stay at this hotel was, unfortunately, a very disappointing experience. We stayed for 6 days and, despite our high expectations, the service was far below what was expected.
The worst part, without a doubt, was the breakfast. It is truly an embarrassment for a hotel. They do not offer basic foods like eggs, ham, or cheese. If you arrive after 9:00, there is practically nothing left to eat and they do not replenish the products. With luck, they leave a few croissants, which are also cold; the milk was also cold, there were only two yogurt flavors and a single juice flavor. They also do not offer fruit; I had to request it and they brought it quite a while later, and furthermore, you have to peel and cut it yourself. The most concerning thing is that there is no source of protein, so the breakfast is very deficient.
Furthermore, on one occasion they ran out of bowls for cereal and, when I asked for two, the staff member had an unpleasant attitude that made me feel very uncomfortable. A completely inappropriate way to treat guests.
The towels had holes and they did not change them every day. The cleaning of the rooms was deficient and, although the rooms are indeed as they appear in the photographs, at night you can hear absolutely everything: the noise from outside, from the street, the doors, and noise from the rooms next door, and also the bed was hard and made a lot of noise when trying to get comfortable, so it is very difficult to be able to rest.
Another aspect that I found excessive is that, at the time of check-in, they inform you that it is not permitted to bring food or drinks into the hotel, which is quite inconvenient considering the poor quality of the breakfast service they offer.
I have had the opportunity to stay in several hotels around the world and I would not recommend this one at all and, without a doubt, I would not return.

There is noting to eat for breakfast, they cannot say we have breakfast, they gave 2 small croissants and just a cup of tea or coffee. They didn’t put any water or tea bags in room. It is really made me disappointed

Never book this hotel! 1st time we are prevented from eating in the room and tb don't let use the restaurant tables

I ordered delivery pq the hotel has no restaurant and the reception prevented us from eating in the room and tb from using the restaurant tables (which were 100% empty). When ordering scissors, Tb said it was forbidden to catch!
Detail: the room has a mini cup, so it makes no sense to prevent the feeding in the room, right?
