Wonderful and excellent, it deserves all the stars for its excellence in reception, hospitality, cleanliness, living, and the reception hall with its design that inspires the soul.

very bad experience

To be avoided. No hot water and the faucets shut off every 5 minutes. Bedding very old and very dirty. No closet, no hangers or rods. No Wi-Fi on the 4th floor. No telephone, just a device placed like a toy but without any installation.
It is worth 00 stars.

Disgusting

I was at this hotel on July 9th, the staff is really pleasant, the pool is magnificent, but the rooms are disgusting, especially the sheets and the bathrooms, really, hygiene needs to be reviewed, a disaster.

Nightmare

Behaviour of the staff far from being professional, they treated us not as customers but as if they did us a favor. Avoid it.
In addition, this should be reported to the tourism management level.

I do not have stayed at this hotel. But I had an reservation for my friends. They said to me that location, service management of this hotel disappointed them impressively! Photos seemed to be good and romantic to me.... I was so disappointed....
