Highly Recommended for a Relaxing Stay

My friend and I had an exceptional stay in the Presidential Suite at Luani a Spa Wellness Centre. The suite was immaculate, spacious, beautifully illuminated, and extremely comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly, creating a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere throughout our stay.
The food was excellent, and every meal exceeded our expectations. The service was outstanding, and all the staff members were friendly, professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming.
What made the experience even better was the excellent value for money. Considering the high quality of the accommodation, food, and service, the price was very reasonable and not expensive at all.
We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and will definitely be returning. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, quality, and outstanding hospitality.

Luxurious hotel

We had a short stop on our way from Tirana to Shkoder at this wonderful hotel. Our visit was for the restaurant only.
Nice restaurant, great ambiance, amazing service and friendly staff. Had Espresso coffee and cappuccino coffee. Hopefully will have a chance to stay there later.

It is an excellent place to stay and a beautiful place with pool and sauna and good food. I absolutely recommend this place . The food is well cooked and the breakfast is abundant. There is also a gym inside of this beautiful place to stay.

Bad management

I came to this hotel with my baby and my husband. We were satisfied with the cleanliness and part of the employees from the reception and the pool. Lunch was good, breakfast nothing special, everything was cold and I don't think it was fresh. The indoor pool is good, although for some reason they don't provide pool towels unless you insist. I have to mention that the hotel manager is very bad, he is not friendly at all and does not know how to be a good host. there was a big storm in the evening and we couldn't go out to eat, we asked to order a pizza from their restaurant and eat it in the room. another reason for that request was because we had to put the baby to sleep, it was around 8:30 p.m. this is what we got in response:
you can drop the baby down in the restaurant, we will prepare a bed for her so she can sleep downstairs while you eat, the other option according to them was to leave the baby to sleep alone in the room while we eat. At the same time, the water in the room was leaking and for them that was normal. Like, to eat their pizza in the room, but leaking is fine and normal. Manager did not even show up to talk to us, he sent his young recepcionist.

Very nice

Very cleaned hôtel .staff is ready to help you for everything. Food yummy and cheap. This morning we were in late but giuilio already Cook breakfast for all m'y family. Thanks very much. Thanks so much Gabriella and all the staff for your welcoming and happiness.
