Nice place at the river

Perfect place. Extremely friendly staff! Food is very good. The breakfast was very very good!!! (See picture) The rooms are basic but clean. One evening no hot water. Tip: you need watershoes, bring floatable swimming ring (fun for the children), go kayajaking in the evening on the river (beautiful and vert quiet) , take a hile to the viewing point.

Great place to be!

Atmosphere here was incredible! Very nice and welcoming people. Owner offered us free umbrella and when we went to buy drinks,he said first drinks are on the house,which was so nice of him Rooms nice,tidy and comfortable. Food was fresh and cheap. Time here was so great! I will definitely come back here again!

A piece of paradise!

Reservation via whatsapp and mail arranged. They also offer the transfer from Koman to Shala River. €25 per person, round trip. They pick you up with their own boat, we had a private trip.
At Shala River all ‘hotels’ are in each other’s neighbourhood, Zgiboza is a little further, so also a little quieter. The family and staff are very friendly, rooms are cared for and the bathroom is equipped with every comfort.
I can recommend this Guesthouse to everyone, it was a blissful stay in one of the most unique places of Albania.
The road to Koman through the mountains is not perfect, but even with our Fiat Panda we got there without any problems. Because we had the boat early in the morning, we had booked an overnight stay at Kulla i Vjeter. We parked the car at the Panorama bar. We paid €5 for the parking and €3 for the transfer back and forth to the boat. However, this can also be done on foot.

Loved it

We stayed here for 2 days and it was such a nice family run place with cheap and lovely transport from the port, ontop of the breakfast and food being really nice and so worth it. I’d 100% recommend it to anyone wanting a relaxing break away in the lovely scenery. I left my headphones there and they shipped them back to us no charge! Which shows how trustworthy and great the service was, we will come back again in the future

Amazing Place, Super Friendly Family.

Zgiboza is a beautiful and friendly family run B&B. It is in the perfect spot on the river and away from any crowds. The family are so welcoming, Luli also led us on a 3 hour walk upto the old mountain village which was incredible.
Breakfast was fantastic and different each day.
Canoes are available to borrow and you can paddle upstream for an hour before gliding back to the accomodation.
Beds and rooms are very comfortable.
I can’t recommend this place highly enough.
