Excellent!

I live in hotel six months each year for work.....Kim and Jenny welcomed me when I check-in. The atmosphere is relaxed, and the vestibule is small. The room was excellent and newly re-done--the best Super 8 in which I've stayed. It included a dehumidifier, too! WIll return.

Quiet, Budget Friendly and CLEAN!

First, there's a location merely a 1/2 mile from downtown Melbourne, with all the shopping and restaurants and bars in the entertainment center.
Second, rooms are immaculately clean.
Third, there's an Einstein Bagel Brothers within walking distance and a Dunkin Donuts across the street from that.
Fourth, free parking!
Fifth, free wi-fi!
Sixth, great staff, especially Jenny!
Very secure, too. Inside quiet hallway.
USB ports in the room.

We were there to memorialize my late husband's passing. We went back to our room after dinner, sat in the chairs and were talking about him and the good times. No TV on. No radio. Just a conversation.
It was about midnight.
The hotel staff knocked on the door and told us we were loud and a neighbor complained. We said we'd try to speak lower. Then the police knocked on the door and told us we had to leave due to a noise disturbance. For talking in our room?
This place is ridiculous. Our of line. Uncalled for. They kicked us out, 2 women, at 12 at night and charged us an extra $250...all for speaking in our room.

Nice place to stay for a reasonable price $

I had a great experience staying here for a business trip. The front desk manager Kim Barton was quite friendly and helpful checking our workers in and the room was clean and spacious. The rate was pretty reasonable considering you also receive a complimentary breakfast. If you are looking for a nice place to stay with spacious rooms for a reasonable price in the Melbourne area look no further.

convenient, friendly , loved kim and jenny, cost effective, location is close to everything, and they give advice for access to all Melbourne has to offer. Breakfast was fast, coffee hot and bananas , tangerines and bagels fit the bill. See you again soon
