What to expect when hiring a car from Melbourne
Road-based transportation is the best way to get around Melbourne, specifically by car. There is bus service available, and the Florida East Coast Railway goes right through Melbourne, west of U.S. 1. Getting to your destination
The city called Daytona Beach can be found in Volusia County, East Central Florida. It is best known as the "World Center of Racing" and as the home of NASCAR. The biggest attraction of the area is the wide 23-mile white sand beach, but there are also historical sites like the Oceanfront Boardwalk and the Clocktower in Oceanfront Park that the visitors come to see.

West Palm Beach

U.S. Route 1 runs through West Palm Beach's downtown, commercial, and industrial districts. You will most likely have to take Interstate 95, which bisects the city from north to south.
Cape Canaveral, formerly Cape Kennedy, lies on the center of Florida's Atlantic coast. The cape hosts the Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, and other related attractions such as the Air Force Space and Missile History Center and the Air Force Space and Missile Museum. The city is situated on the eastern end of Florida State Route 527.
The primary north-south route on the Atlantic coast is Interstate 95, which intersects FL-528 near the cape.
