You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. The deposit will be fully refunded via bank transfer if there is no damage to the property upon inspection after check-out. Fuel for the fire is provided. Information is provided at the property if you require more fuel. Please note the lead guest must be 21 years and older. Please note, the rooms in this property are accessed by stairs, which may make it unsuitable for those with reduced mobility. A maximum of 2 dogs are permitted. Please advice the property if you are bringing dogs. DOGS ARE ALWAYS WELCOME BY PRIOR ARRANGEMENT. I just ask they are not on the leather furniture. Also that they do not go upstairs or that they are on the beds. I will put a stairgate in place to help with this. If your dog sleeps in the bedroom with you then I'm sorry but this isn't the rental for you. I have to consider other guest who do not have dogs.
