A good experience
Ist time in singapore.
Good a good welcome
The v hotel bencoolen is well situated
At the reception hannah upgrade us for a bigger room.
Good service also with Danny for our luggage
And the room service give us a 5 star service.

Benson is very nice & helpful. He introduced us the hotel service that we can enjoy and all the way to help out with our luggages when come in & out. We feel so welcomed!

My Second Home .
I stay again at V-hotel Bencoolen , still the hospitality when receiving guest is still the best , room are very clean and the room service staff is very helpful.Once again thank to mr. Benson and front desk officer Leon during our stay. I will come back again this coming september 25 .I would like to request our room facing bencoolen road if available.

Great stay
Great hotel. Check in and check out is the easiest and fastest I have had in Singapore. Location is amazing for shopping. Walking distance to all the great shopping locations and MRT. Staff is very friendly and special thank you to staff member Benson. He is always kind when leaving and returning to the hotel. Staff are caring and kind.

Our stay was pretty pleasant. Cleanliness was superb. All the staff were friendly. Benson really helped us well with everything during our stay.
