Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests don't receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. A damage deposit of NZD 1700 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that only regular sized vehicles are allowed to access the gated community, all people movers vehicles (Vans) and heavy vehicles are prohibited. Please Note: Security Deposit Pre-Authorization- A security deposit will be pre-authorized on the guest’s credit card up to 7 days prior to arrival. The pre-authorization will be released within 7 days after departure, following a full property inspection, provided no damage or loss has occurred. Online Check-In Required- All guests are required to complete our secure online check-in form at least 48 hours before arrival. This process includes: - Confirming your arrival time - Providing a valid credit card for the security hold (no charges will be made unless required) - Accepting our House Terms & Conditions - Uploading a valid photo ID
