No elevators, so thank goodness for excellent AC after climbing several flights of stairs. Extremely nice staff made up for that minor inconvenience. Excellent location directly across from where Mozart lived in 1771🙌 🎼

Excellent hotel in the heart of Venice

The hotel is in a great location - very close to St. Mark's Square and next to the theatre. Very convenient for getting to know Venice, almost everything can be bypassed on foot.
The room was small, but very cozy and well organized – everything was needed in it. I particularly want to note the perfect purity. I lived on the top floor and I was worried about the water pressure, but it was great. The air conditioning also worked fine, which is especially important in the August heat.
Separately I want to celebrate breakfast - it is really very good and varied. Every day there was a slightly different choice, so breakfasts weren't boring at all.
The staff are very friendly, attentive and always available to help and answer any questions. Big plus - after check-out you can leave your luggage at the hotel, which is very convenient if the train in the evening.
I was very pleased with my stay and I will definitely return to this hotel the next time I come to Venice. I recommend it!
