Excellent stay at Al Mascaron Ridente. Location is great, close to restaurants and attraction and outside of touristic and noisy area. Set up by the canal is very pleasant. Offers breakfast which was a nice addition even though breakfast could be a bit more varied (especially when you stay several days)

Quiet location
Very healthy lbreakfast with good choice of juices drinks and milk , fruits and veggies just enough for good start of a day. Definitely I will choose this hotel next time

Lovely little hotel in a great location away from the tourist hordes

Great location. Short walk to vaporetto stops incl Alilaguna stop for airport. Lots of cafes shops and bars within very short walking distance. Clean, good wifi, comfy bed, friendly service. Kettle and fridge in room (yes that betrays me as English but really helps). Breakfast rather basic but the location overlooking canal as you eat is great. If you like your Dubai/4 star comforts it’s not for you but if you want small and friendly with a great location away from the thronging tourist hordes definitely recommend. Only negative is fairly poor soundproofing.

Very good choice for Venice exploration base!

Very good and quiet location, good to have as a base for your Venice exploration! The staff was very kind and helpful, the room (with canal view) very nice , giving you the city's feeling, and very warm as the days we stayed the temperature of Venice was low

Quiet location, away from the hustle and bustle! Easy to get to from the water bus drop off.
Beautiful view of canal.
Bedding could have been more comfortable overall.
