Everything was great. The staff were very helpful and friendly. However, the air conditioning was not very effective and did not cool the room enough.

Best possible hotel one could stay at this close to the Piazza de Popolo. We are neat freaks and hate staying at dumpy places. The type that zoom into the grout/caulking of the bathroom pics and lookup whatever available construction permits exist to see how recently a property was built/renovated. We also dont like overpaying for logos so value actually means something to us. Can't always get the combo right (cleanliness, location and cost) but this was a 9/10. Make sure to include the breakfast if you have kids for busy sightseeing itinerary. Excellent food.

New hotel, great location, nice staff. Our tiny room was on the top (4th) floor with a nice outdoor terrace, but to reach it we had to take the elevator through the 3rd floor, then take the stairs. This was difficult with suitcases. This wasn’t told in the description.

Wonderful boutique hotel with exceptional staff

We’re just back from a long weekend staying at Palazzo Venere, we had a fantastic time the hotel is spotlessly clean, we stayed in a suite with terrace lovely (albeit not the best view!) the bathroom was stunning. The location was great and quite central, the breakfast was lovely, although shame there isn’t a bar or restaurant in the hotel. The staff were brilliant particularly Marzia who went above and beyond to make our stay totally wonderful

Me and my family of 4 enjoyed the stay at Palazzo Venere. It was recently renovated. Coming from USA, all hotel rooms in Rome seem smaller, but the bathroom here was big and clean. Helped a lot with all 4 of us to get ready on-time.
Fantastic location right next to Popolo square. Walkable distance to Spanish steps, Pantheon, Trevi fountain and many other historic sites. Food scene around here is amazing. A nice restaurant every 20 ft. Luxury shopping all around.
I would definitely recommend my stay here.
Breakfast is served in the morning for a fee.
