Largest and brightest room we had in Europe. AC worked well. Lovely area with coffee pods and mini snacks. Helpful staff. The lights were a little gimmicky and it got annoying using an app on their in room phone to turn them on. Great location close walk to everything.

Great location, friendly staff, good coffee, clean and modern room and bathroom. The bed was a bit too firm for me and enjoy a firm mattress. The lighting set up in the room is pretty cool and fun to play with, but if you are not tech savvy you may struggle with it. Overall Trecento was a great choice for us!

Experience to forget

Unfortunately, the stay did not meet expectations. Reception poorly prepared and often unable to provide clear answers; the only positive note was the young man on duty on June 1st at 2:30 PM, very helpful and courteous.
The room is excessively high-tech, with many electronic devices but several practical problems: the hot tub often malfunctions and is unusable, the water is too hot, the TV has no Italian channels, and the floor lights are defective, to the point that my husband injured his foot. Furthermore, the room was only tidied up in the late afternoon, an aspect I find unacceptable.
And it is truly a shame because the property has great potential: fantastic location, spacious room, and a very comfortable bed. Unfortunately, due to poor assistance, inadequate maintenance, and various inconveniences, the overall experience was disappointing and I would not return.

Perfect location. Great staff. Bed was comfy. Nice to operate everything on one device. Only thing, unless you leave the window open, the bathroom had an odd smell that lingered through the night. Would def recommend to people looking to see all the big touristy places within walking distance.

Great, unique, hotel in a very convenient and central location. Room was clean and had all we could need. Staff was friendly and helpful.
