Eccellente!
Visited for 3 nights with my wife and daughter to celebrate an academic achievement.
Check in was very friendly and efficient and as an H10 club member, we were given a room upgrade and a free drink each of our choosing!
Room was immaculate with a great shower, nice toiletries, robes and slippers, fridge, free safe and complimentary water. We also received a beautiful gift of traditional soap from Rome, greatly appreciated.
Breakfast was nice with a good selection of usual cheeses, cold cuts, eggs, pastries and cereals.
The bar area was nice and although closed at this time of year, the rooftop pool looked lovely!
All of the staff were very friendly and helpful and my daughter loved the fact that the cleaner folded her pyjamas!
Although the hotel seems far away from the historical sites, the 170 bus or the train from Trastevere, takes you to most areas for connections.
Having previously only stayed in H10 hotels in beach resorts before, we were very pleased with our first city hotel and would happily return.
We made lots of great memories of your wonderful city and hotel.

Good hotel
This is the second stay at this hotel. We signed upto the h10 club which saved us some money and got us free welcome drinks in the hotel bar which was nice. Rooms are clean and comfortable. We didn't have the breakfast on this occasion as eating local is more what we prefer to do. Plenty of local cafes, bars and restaurants within walking distance. Its abit far out from Rome but taxis, and trains are cheap enough

Everything about the hotel was excellent, comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful.
Once we had worked out the train and bus (the staff explained which ones we needed for town) its situation which seemed far from town, did not seem so far!
Breakfast was disappointing. The hot parts were not hot. The scrambled egg was excellent (though not hot)

Very good stay despite poor location
I stayed at this hotel for 1 week in August. The room was spotless with lots of storage and a nice bathroom. On the roof is the swimming pool with a few deckchairs although it would be better to put more. The pool is very nice and there is a small bar with affordable prices and a very nice bartender. The staff at the reception is also very friendly.
The big weakness remains the location and location of the hotel. The neighborhood is quiet but very far from the center and sucks in the evening. Fortunately, the center is easily accessible thanks to buses that run regularly or with bicycles or scooters.

Great staff but awful food
Amazing hotel but don’t pay for the breakfast as it’s awful, it spoilt our holiday as cold food that should have been hot as no hot plates , bacon was either burned or uncooked, eggs made us ill all day , fruit was all dried up simply not worth having , staff are absolutely wonderful so it such a shame that the food let it down , I have been to several H10 hotels in different countries and they were great , this certainly needs looked into , as a lot of the food was inedible,
