Perfect

Everything was perfect, Ms. Katia at the reception helped me despite a misunderstanding regarding the reservation due to my oversight. Very clean and quiet.

great staff

The bathroom flush isn’t functioning properly and has been leaking water overnight, and the blower isn’t working properly either. The breakfast is also quite basic. The common areas are rather dirty, although we were told that the property is currently undergoing renovations.
That said, if there’s one thing I’m truly grateful for, it’s the staff. Both Katia and Oliver have been wonderful—friendly, attentive, and extremely helpful throughout our stay. Their service has definitely made the experience better

Stay for work

Although it may appear rustic from the outside, the interior offers a completely different perspective. The big difference, however, is due to the staff, always available and welcoming, who make you feel at ease right from the start. Booked through Booking, no hiccups. Comfortable and spacious room, with all the amenities. Buffet breakfast, average but still satisfying. Another compliment to the staff. Recommended.

Poor service at Four star Hotel

The hotel has beautiful decor or art work. The carpet in the room had a few
prominent stains. The bathroom had a lot of mould which was not
great. The breakfast was mostly cakes or sweet treats.
I reserved a room on the website booking.com for October 11 to 14 and they cancelled it.
I found myself in Rome on my way to the hotel when this happened
I arrived at the hotel and paid for two days instead of three. Hence I paid for October 12 to 14
Eventually I was charged by booking.com for no show with my credit card and have an invoice from the hotel paid in full for my hotel
Stay.
Therefore I have paid twice for this hotel.
I am not sure who to trust now as the Hotel or Booking.com do not seem
to be in touch with each other.
In addition to the above no one is taking the responsibility to fix this issue.
The overall experience was very bad.

Nightmare hotel

Hotel in unsafe area, erased from prison, reception old, and dirty, parking lot that looks like a construction site, wheelbarrow, bricks, sand, everything thrown there....
Room with insects from all over the world, mouse droppings on the windowsill, shower with mold on the corners...
Breakfast with discount products, coffee maker from the barracks, and little clean.... in short if you want to be treated badly here is perfect....
Never again.
