A gem to be protected

We stayed 3 days at Terra Mia in August 2025.
We liked it so much that we stayed an extra day!
The breakfast was good, the beds comfortable, the cleanliness excellent, and the staff as well!
We recommend it, we went with our children and it is highly recommended for families too!
We were welcomed and pampered with great kindness and professionalism.
We will be back!

Avoid this place!!!

I can’t stress enough that this place should be avoided.
Had a shady feel to it from our arrival. Very cheap and nasty and NOTHING like any of the reviews I read.
We were then charged twice for the ‘pleasure.’ The male who attended to check us in told us that our card payment had been declined and asked us to pay again however couldn’t provide a receipt. Again I firmly believe this was an intentional act but thankfully for us we used the cards associated to our joint account and were able to recover the second payment.
Felt unsafe at night as it had a brothel feel to it and a wee undesirables were outside nearby.
The best thing about this place was leaving in the morning!!
Go stay elsewhere in pompeii not here!!

A night in Pompeii

I stayed with my husband for one night in this B&B and the experience was definitely positive. Organized very well for Welcoming, it offers spacious, spotless and well appointed rooms. Ours also had a beautiful hot tub. Good breakfast that you can eat both in your room and in a common area. Convenient to walk to the entrance of the excavations. Paid parking available nearby.

Not as advertised. I'm sure the reviews are not genuine. Avoid.

Awful experience. As seasoned travellers I would implore you to read this and not book here.
Arrived at hotel. Was told by text from random number to meet a man somewhere else. We arrived at hotel, all boarded up. A man on a moped made us walk 30minsnin the searing heat to get to a random apartment. He was extremely rude and frightened the female traveller with us.
Once inside, we left within 30 minutes. It was a damp, lightless room with a burnt out air conditioner. The sink was blocked and the kitchen tap did not work. We were so far from anywhere else - completely not as advertised.
Worst bit - they stole the money. Booking.com tried to retrieve it due to a break in terms and conditions and Terra Mia refused. Charlatans!
Avoid. Honestly.

I highly recommend

Apartment very well located in the center of Pompei, everything is close. We spent 3 nights there to visit Vesuvius, the ruins of Pompei, Oplontis and Paestum. We loved this address because very well equipped, very clean and the terrace is very nice.
