comfort (except sound) too far from the city

comfortable room with everything you need BUT away from the city in Feet, having spa baths is good but you have to limit the hours of use, after midnight and before 7 am it is not possible a hell of a noise from the other rooms.
in addition our terrace ((without view) had 2 washing machines for guest rooms that were running late at night and all morning.
Breakfast included = a voucher for an express and croissant in a bar 600 m away.
good point a closed parking nearby.
essential car for the city center, BUT huge problem to park close to the center - forbidden to non-residents
