Value your money
Breakfast is good. It offers car parking. Staff is friendly and the price is very reasonable.

No logic but very clean
Reception tells us impossible no room to change rooms, we contact booking weirdly 2mn after the hotel gives us a better room.
The clime failed they fixed it but no hot water even 2 hours later...
And to top it all off, no logic in the allocation of rooms... 23:30 three people arrive in the room next to music background, chatter and sleight of hand - 18
That said, the hotel is very clean, but I am not about to forget this honeymoon...

Good for a couple of nights if you can allow for 1 main thing....
Good
- Beds very comfortable
- Wifi is solid
- Towels & basic bathroom items all clean
- Reception & rooms very clean
- Fairly cheap
- LONG walk to Athens, but only 8 Euro's by taxi, so not too bad
- A good mini market for snacks nearby (200m) and two small cafes
Not so Good
- As other reviews state the bathroom lay is weird, there is no shower curtain (but there is a rail!) so you get the whole bathroom wet when showering. As a single traveller I just used the second towel to wipe all dry, so if you can put up with that then do book this hotel
- There was a mild smoke smell when I enter room, BUT I opened the window & it cleared, I think either someone next door or in the room previously smoked - So for me (a non smoker) this is not an issue
- To get a full invoice receipt I had to pay in cash, there is an ATM 200m away; you can pay by card, but then just a mini receipt with no name, so if claiming expenses be aware of this
- Biggest issue was it took 30 minutes plus to book in as although I had the reference number it was booked via 'booking.com', not directly with the hotel who had a different number so could not initially find me; so be aware of this
- Not a good restaurant* close by that you can easily walk to if you do not know the area (but you can get a taxi to Athens where food is plentiful & cheap)
*Restaurant next door has a very limited fish only menu
Would I stay again? For up to 3 days yes I would, now I know the above, so if you can put up with the bathroom layout I would recommend it :-)

Discreet
It is located not very far from a bus stop and in 15 minutes you can easily reach the center of Athens.
Decent hotel, frequented by "couples" who want to spend a few hours of leisure given the proximity to the area, full of offices.
Overall, the room was warm and clean.
The only highly sore point is the bathroom, without a shower cubicle with a microscopic sink.
