Hotel is old. It is in need of renovation !

Staff at check in and check out were terrible. Did not advise when breakfast was or provide map anything of local area. Hotel was clean but dated and when the shower leaked the woman at the front desk yelled at me for using the towel to dry the floor (literally deadly) vs calling front desk and waiting for maintenance, then told me I could wait until morning for fresh towels and shower. Fortunately her male counterpart was more helpful and pulled towels from an unused room. Beautiful property but not properly staffed or equipped making for a terrible experience. Also the room had minimal lighting so it was like a cave at night.

Holidays for small and large

Interrogative is the tenth consecutive year that I visit the site and every year surprises us with the infrastructure towards the better. Congratulations because this year they did something fantastic that upgrades not only the site but ALL the area.
It is worth visiting the place and enjoy the pic bar, cuisine, fresh fish, cocktails literally pan in the wave. The recommended unreserved!!!!!

Lacking

Overall an okay hotel rated as a 4* which I would argue should be no more than a 3*
My reasonings below;
Pool towels - only one provided for the whole of your stay unless you want to pay 7 € to have a fresh one ( I was there 10 days!!)
Orange Juice - For a 4* I would expect fresh to be provided at Breakfast not the watery orange squash!
Lifts- Have 2 one was out of order for the 2 weeks I was there lifts are really small fitting just 2 people comfortably.
Hair dryers - Antiquated not fit for purpose mine had been repaired with tape but had a hole in so was useless, asked reception they had one for the whole Hotel!!
Room Safe - On arrival wasn’t working. Took 2 days to replace a battery. Surely this should be checked at the beginning of each new guest arrival!
Reception Staff- Not very friendly or engaging with guests
Restaurant/ Pool staff - The opposite friendly and helpful
Overall it was an okay stay but definitely not a 4*
