I don't recommend it.
I booked a triple room at this hotel (my mother, husband and I), but my experience was very disappointing, it was far from satisfactory. While I stress that cleanliness and location are positive aspects, there were multiple serious issues that significantly affected my stay:
1. Air conditioning: It wasn't working when I arrived and I had to expressly ask to have it repaired.
2. Internet: The connection was poor and disconnected between midnight and 7 a.m., which is unacceptable.
3. Room conditions:
* The single bed cushion had an open cover, with the closure damaged and frayed, terrible.
* The lamp above the single bed lacked a screen.
* The TV had the blurred image, making it useless.
* The sink had hardly any pressure and a thread of water came out.
* The shower threw water in all directions, making it difficult to use.
4. Lighting: The hallways on the third floor remained dark at night because, according to one worker, they turned off the lights to save energy. This is not only inconvenient, but also dangerous.
5. Breakfast: The service was late, causing discomfort.
6. Beds: We were assigned beds without headboards, with low quality sheets, notoriously inferior to those of other rooms of the hotel.
In short, although the cleanliness and location are remarkable, the rest of the issues far outweighed the positives, all of these issues considerably affected the quality of our stay, ruined our experience.
For the price paid, I expected a much better experience. I recommend that management take steps to address these flaws and improve to avoid other guests facing the same discomforts.
