Good stay. Beds were pretty comfortable. The only thing I noticed was the chemical smell of the elevator. Probably because we try to stay away from chemicals and are sensitive.

Absolutely DISGUSTING hotel
I didn’t even want to give this place a 1 out of 5. Absolutely DISGUSTING accommodations! If I weren’t in dire need of a room (I had a medical procedure the next morning that required a bathroom asap for the night) We would NOT have stayed here! Our 1st room had a view of the central air system which should be a utility room!! The window did not lock so that meant anyone could have just pushed the window open and let themselves in. We asked to switch and the next room was dirty in all the corners; the deadbolt didn’t work (at least we had the latch on the door to feel semi-secure beware room 218! TV keep fuzzing out on us, half done drywall by the refrigerator and the tub had hair all over in it! Never would I recommend this place to anyone!

May I ask the name of the employee who offered you my name so I could have given you a call before you checked out?... may I ask the response of my employee when you told them to get the manager on duty on the phone? I am on call 24/7, and my staff knows to reach me when a customer asks for me. I'm very sorry for what you encountered.I only wish I could have taken care of you before your checkout so your review could have been better. I always implore my customers to reach out to me before they do a review so we can rectify the situation before you check out. I will hold the employees accountable who signed off on that room and again I am sorry.

We needed a place to stop overnight and found this would fit our price range. A couple of hours before arriving, I called the hotel asking for a crib. The person on the phone seemed confused, like people never ask for this even though it says the hotel offers in room cribs. They told me they had one pack-n-play. I have two infants. Luckily we had one in our vehicle, but it was buried under other luggage. Upon arriving, the customer service was absolutely terrible. The person asked for my email and after telling them, they looked up and said “what?” as if I was unclear. The tone was rude. I mentioned I needed a pack-n-play. They told me they had no idea where there would be. That was the only answer I was given. No solution. They said they couldn’t call the manager unless it was an emergency. I think not having a place for my infant to sleep safely is an emergency for a paying customer. Finally, they texted the person on shift I had talked to. The pack-n-play was located. Once getting everything set up, I looked at the ceiling and saw mold, which then left me worried all night for our air quality. Would never stay here again.

Great room for great price but some stuff could be questionable such as the broken towel rack and cracks in the ceiling.

Was an okay stay. Not for vacations, just a one-night stay while on the road.
