Everything excellent other than the room being noisy. Could hear every step from the room above and every sound in the corridor.

The place is fine but honestly every element is in need of some major renovations. The rooms are tired, the pool area, the bar, its all 25 yrs old and it shows. It could really benefit from a glowup. The staff were very nice and the location is incredible. Just needs some tlc.

BEWARE! If you are booking through a third party, the fees are NOT the same as what is advertised. And management does not address any issues. Was charged the most that I’ve ever been charged for a pet cleaning fee, and the room had dog hair on the headboard when we checked in.
It’s completely outdated, old TVs, no device charging setups.
It looks as if the last time they put money into upgrades was over 10 years ago.
It is not a good value.
KEEP DRIVING!!!
There are way better accommodations across the street, for not much more, after they stop charging fees.
This is the most regrettable hotel choice that I’ve made!

Enjoyed staying at the PlumpJack. Walls are very thin and you can hear other guests; other than that, it's a great place and we would definitely stay there again!
