The room was great very well cleaned, beds were comfortable, could offer more amenities than what was provided. I had a handicapped room and the giant step up was difficult for me and my bad hip.

The stay was great as usual. we have stayed here multiple times and enjoy every visit.The rooms are extremely clean. Beds made every day fresh towels the room very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I really recommend this small little motel on the side of the road to anybody that’s traveling on route 17 in New York or is anywhere near Hancock, New York great Little town. We suggest the old bat factory for your coffee and breakfast needs good sandwiches made fresh in the restaurant area, again friendly staff and it’s walkable distance from the motel. They also have mobile gas at that location. There is a McDonald’s diagonally across the street which closes early so don’t wait till late to get your snack from there. There is a small old-fashioned diner in town that also has good food and an Italian restaurant which we didn’t get to try, but it looked like it was busy.I suggest you give this motel a try you won’t be disappointed as far as I’m concerned.

Exceptionally clean, friendly and conveniently located just off the highway. We will certainly be staying here again when we pass through.

The room was exceptionally clean. Staff was very good and pleasant. Amenities were excellent. Pleasantly surprised for a motel in the middle of nowhere.
