Stayed one night and met the new owners. They’re wonderful people who are working hard to make every guest experience pleasant. Room was clean and check in and out was simple. Owners are looking to make a lot of improvements over the next year to further make the experience more enjoyable and to modernize the rooms. Would stay with them again.

Horrible, never stay there again.
Floor was old, dirty can’t believe it room 118, sofa was just as bad a was torn. I have pictures if anyone needs to see .

Bathroom and vanity areas clean and ready for use, stocked with toilet tissue, facial tissue, towels, washcloths. Bathroom and bed linens clean and smelled freshly laundered. *thumbs up*
Had cable TV channels! Yay!
Mini fridge!
Room was carpeted. Carpet was smelly and sticky. Pull-out couch still had linens on, filled with dog hair (we changed those with fresh from the office - it was late at night, we were tired, no time to fuss). Room was not locked when we arrived - deadbolt had been engaged to prevent it from closing behind the last person to leave room. Room was hot, musty, smelled like marijuana, and air conditioner was off. When turned on, it took about 2 hours to get the room livable (again, late at night, tired). No microwave available in the room. Upholstery on pull-out couch was ripped open (like a whole gash across half the back of the couch). Room door (inside of the door) had black marks on it from hands touching it over and over, like it had not been wiped down in a year. Whole party had allergy attacks.
To be fair, staff was pleasant, helpful, accommodating. I did ask last-minute for a downstairs room to accommodate a disabled member of my party, so maybe the room they'd planned to put us in had been prepped for our arrival? All in all, the room was a place to rest from the road. They appear to be working on improvements.
I did not stay long enough to try the breakfast. Pulled out of town before they set that up the following morning. Safe travels!

Definitely could use some work on the facility. We had to go to the staff for everything such as ice & unlocking the pool which was very inconvenient but pretty nice staff.

The stay was great, the owner made sure we were comfortable and our room was in order. The new owner was informing us that repairs and upgrade was coming. Can't wait to see the improvements overall the experience was great😀.
