Friendliest staff in Staffordshire
I stay in Premier Inns around country because i travel at times for my job and i pick Premier Inn because always get a warm welcome, comfy bed and great breakfast. I was with my husband this weekend as we were away for a friends birthday party. I can genuinely say that the staff at Rugeley are the friendliest and most accommodating staff i have encountered and that is no short order. From Sam when we arrived helping us with breakfast booking and taxi numbers to Jayne (on the night shift) who kept us watered with extra tea supplies and chatted to my husband who is a night owl to finally Tracey who was super helpful early doors with local information.

Relaxing weekend
I have made a further visit to Rugeley and I was welcomed as a long lost friend it was delightful to feel so wanted.
The staff are efficient and caring noting that I am a single lady travelling alone and Samantha made sure that my room number was kept private from the men around in the foyer.
Samantha is also very knowledgeable about wine and we had several discussions. She had time to spare even when she was busy.I felt that I was important.
On the next morning, Oliver, the manager recommended where I could visit and was prepared to print a map for me.
It is difficult to mention everyone but all members of staff were prepared to go the extra mile. I do not know all their names but Tracey was another one.
All the staff were caring and had the ethos of a 5 star hotel.
I felt safe and cared.
The rooms are clean and comfortable and excellent value.
It would be nice if you had a loyalty card.

My stay at the Colliers Premier Inn was everything I needed. It was clean, warm, comfortable and I could relax before I enjoyed a meal next door in the evening and a good breakfast the following morning. Everything was fine thank you and I would be happy to stay there again. I have, in fact, stayed there before when I stayed for a week with my disabled husband using a room for disabled clients. It was very good then as well.

Helpful and cheerful staff
We had 2 brilliant nights at the Premier Inn Rugely.
We were staying as part of a large group of cyclists visiting Cannock Chase. Staff were fantastic despite a little bit of mud from our party.
The room was clean and comfortable.
We will definitely be back. Thank you to all the staff for your help.
