Amaizing experience

I took my wife to Kampala for a week just to have a break after working hard for almost 4months consistently before we pick other clients in Entebe who are coming from Utah.
The place was very clean and high end security, the service was outstanding, the meals were so delicious thank to Jamilah was so helpful because she organized us a private car from Kampala to Entebe

The rooms are clean, with parking in the basement, we enjoyed the breakfast,variety of dishes, nice tasty food. Staff are very polite and helpful. But the bed is hard to sleep on, Personally i love asoft confortable bed, I think the beds could be improved. But over enjoyed our stay.

Staff was fantastic, Albert took care of anything we needed. Breakfast was rotating buffet and traditional foods and fruits, the omelet bar was a perfect western addition.
Crazy busy outside of hotel, but relatively quiet inside which was a welcome surprise. Restaurant was regularly out of certain items, but service was always excellent regardless. Rooms were very clean, beds were uncomfortable but to be expected - it’s not a Marriot. Tons of shopping downstairs in the adjoining mall which was nice.
We felt secure most times, overall would stay there again with larger teams because there are various room options.
