Decent cosy hotel
Clean, decent food, not crowded.
Mediocre location, a bit far away from the beach, in the middle of shopping street (which can be a plus if you want to go shopping). There is a comfortable bus taking guests to the beach.
Biggest downside was the lack of non-smoking areas. There where smokers everywhere, you can even smell it in the restaurant.
Also none of the staff speaks english. They mosty have German guests it seems so it can be difficult to communicate.

If outrage has a name...
-Arrival evening approx. 18.30
-Pay with card for save and wireless not possible because reader does not work. Receptionist wants to contact me when device works again. (the absolute hammer then came while checking out!! )
-Dinner not as expected as there is no buffet but only cold cuisine packed in cellophane. (from the fridge) no apology from the staff or the like.
-3 1⁄2 days no buffet
-after complaint from me and other guests on the 4th evening for the 1st time buffet. However, the food partly cold or lukewarm. No apology or explanation from the staff.
-this continued until the end of my holiday without even getting a replacement.
-Check out at 3.00!
Receptionist now wants to have the money for Save & Wi-Fi. I'll pull out my card. Receptionist takes the reader. It still doesn't work. (we tried 3 of my cards.) Receptionist asks for cash, I deny. Receptionist on the phone with his boss. Boss talks to me. I will gladly explain how to transfer the amount from home. Receptionist notes my address. I guess boss will call. Bus driver who is supposed to pick me up arrives and talks to receptionist. He explains to me (and now it’s borderline) that he drives me and all the travelers to someone in the city whose reader is probably working. It's 3.50 now. We drive about 5 minutes into a dark side street a person appears holding a reader in his hands. I pay and get back on the bus. All the fellow passengers look at me questioningly. I feel like a serious criminal. Now I know what hospitality in Turkey can mean at times. To this day, I have neither been given any relief for such impossible behaviour nor have I been offered any compensation.

Good hotel, but would not be my first choice
Good shuttle service to the beach
Comfortable beds, clean rooms
Friendly staff.
In some places improvements need to be made, as in some places the plaster is crumbling from the walls in the hallways.
The fitness center is sparsely equipped
For me there was too little variety in the food, but that is a matter of taste
The paddling pool is too cold for small children
The beach is better suited for children, the sun protection is well guaranteed by the roof.
