Top roof restaurant is very romantic, specially with live music and spectacular city view. The staff is very kind and professional! Delicious menu! Lamb chops are the best!

Hygiene is very poor.
The location is great, but you should definitely avoid it. Hygiene is very poor, especially in the rooms and the restaurant. I would never choose it again.

Restaurant Bowls Have Serious Hygiene Issue
The experience I had at the restaurant tonight was truly a scandal. The dish I ordered was covered in a bowl. I showed this clearly to the server, the food was taken to the kitchen and soon returned with a reckless and unreasonable explanation, like “these are not hairy, but a piece of peach.” But it was undeniably clear to anyone who saw the hair.
What’s unacceptable is that the furry dish is removed from a plate and brought back to me again. This shows a clear violation of hygiene guidelines. What’s more, the fact that all the bills were charged for this food I didn’t touch or don’t eat is a clear indication of disrespect towards the customer.
Trying to deny the truth and mislead the customer, try to cover up the hygiene problem and normalize this situation, are serious questions about the business’s understanding of service and the level of staff training.
It was an incredibly annoying, confidence-grabbing and unacceptable experience for me. It shows that the business doesn’t take customer satisfaction and basic hygiene seriously. Absolutely not a Recommendation.

Unexpected issues
QUESTIONS: It was a favorite hotel I've stayed in a few times before, this time because it has an AEC EV charging
1. I also received an active device during Reservation. When I arrived at the hotel, the charging unit didn’t work, because the vehicle was PHEV, I wanted to use the 220 outlets on the side, first they confirmed and then asked for £80/hour. I didn’t agree that I could pay a reasonable price, but I didn’t agree that $640 for the desired price of 17 KWa that I needed was meaningless. I signed in without canceling booking, though.
2- My goal was to immediately enter the room and rest while the TRT1 is watching the match, the TRT1 is not working, the most basic channel possible. I asked for a change of confirmation when the technical service failed to resolve the issue, thank you.
3- A couple dropped into the room as they slept at 2:00 p.m. They noticed it was full late and claimed that this room was ours. Locked the room and fell back to sleep
4am 7:00 this time the housekeeper wanted to enter the room, realized it was full and apologized.
The room was clean, but the air conditioning doesn’t work regularly, it gets too hot or cold uncontrollably
