Haven of peace

We spend all our summers at this hotel/residence and we are never disappointed. The setting is exceptional, the pool is clean, the studio is spacious and the staff is kind and very attentive. Special mention to Mr. Ahmed at the reception but also to Amir the waiter at the restaurant and without forgetting, Marwen the lifeguard who is very professional. Thank you to the manager for caring about the comfort of his guests. I highly recommend it if you come to this beautiful region of Bizerte.

An unforgettable pool day

Hello,
Today, I had the pleasure of enjoying pool access at the Résidence Aïn Mariem.
Like every year, it is always a real pleasure to return there with my children. A huge thank you to Mr. Marouen the lifeguard for his exceptional welcome, his kindness, his professionalism, and the attention he pays to every visitor. His sense of hospitality makes all the difference.
I recommend this residence with my eyes closed. An address where one always returns with pleasure!

Bad experience

It is simply unacceptable. Driving 100 km after taking the care to check and obtain confirmation, only to then be turned away like dirt, is the height of unprofessionalism. And the nerve to blame it on you without even apologizing? It is pure and simple bad faith.
