Lovely clean hotel, bad location

We booked this hotel as a last minute booking as we wanted a pool and some relax time. we arrived and reception was based inside one of the cabins, but staff were friendly and signed us in. We were expecting to pay by card like we had in every other hotel, but they only accepted cash (no receipt given)
The room was spotless and spacious with a fridge and a tv (no english channels) 2 free bottles of water.
the beds were quite hard but still a good night sleep.
the pool was amazing clean and warm but there was only 2 sunbeds and they were both broken so nowhere to sunbathe.
The location of the hotel is pretty much in the middle of no where. There was a couple of 7-elevens and some places to eat but not much else in walking distance.
we did however book a taxi to the beach as recommended by the staff which was beautiful.

Best Hotel staff Phuket!

The hotel at itself is beautiful. Had a own bungalow with a beautiful veranda and nice bathroom. Pool is very clean and good to swim in- open 24/7. Beautiful and clean facilities. The Hotel staff is just amazing. Everyone is nice and helpful as much as they can. I needed some help from the hotel by filling out a document for my vise extension. The woman working in the reception did her very best and did it within minutes, she even gave us a ride in her own car to the owner of the hotel ( also a very kind and helpful man) to give the document its final signature. Everyone blew our minds on how amazingly helpful everyone is. So thankful. Would come back anytime- we really loved it!

Не первый раз здесь останавливаюсь. Чистые номера, особенно понравилось жить в бунгало.

Когда первый раз тут остановились - все было хорошо. Неплохое расположениипо дороге к биг будде., хороший домик с террасой и небольшой бассейн. Вообще бассейн так устроен, что чувствуешь себя на собственной вилле. Постояльцев мало им пользуется.
Но к сожалению за день до второго нашего заезда на выходные отель отменил нашу бронь, в короткое время мы не смогли найти альтернативы и вынуждены были жить в других отелях гораздо дороже и по одной ночи.
Поэтому не рекомендую тут бронировать на короткие сроки.
