ได้ข้าพักชั้น3 ค่ะ ซึ่งขึ้นไปแล้วพบถุงปูนวางเรียงรายอยู่หลายห้อง ทั้งโซนฝั่งซ้ายและขวา ฝุ่นเยอะ เหมือนกำลังรีโนเวท แต่ทำไมให้ลูกค้ามาพักชั้นนี้ ห้องน้ำไม่สามารถสระผมได้เลยเนื่องจากฝักบัวตันน้ำไหลเป็นบางรู ราวผ้าหลุดชำรุดแขวนผ้าไม่ได้

Для придорожного отеля неплохой вариант. Хороший напор горячей воды, есть гель с шампунем. По чистоте есть недочеты. Полотенца старые. Нет чайника. Неудобные подушки.
А теперь про клиентоориентированность.
Ее нет.
Через приложение проживание стоило дешевле и я прямо на ресепшен оплатила проживание, но ошиблась с датами, оплатила не текущую ночь, а следующую. Менять мне ничего на ресепшен не стали, взяли с меня за проживание наличными и сказали писать в приложении. В приложении они просто оставили не отвлеченными 2 запроса.
