Super friendly staff . Especially I would like to appreciate professionalism and human kindness of Spanish speaker receptionist who helped me many times, unfortunately I don’t know her name….

Stayed before. Seemed room could do with some updates. Shower drain not working correctly. Garbage dumpster outside window. Lovely staff.

The place was great. The staff was especially helpful and the room was very nice and much larger than standard hotel rooms.

Very cute and nice hotel, friendly staff, decent breakfast buffet.
Airconditioning OK but if you want it really cold it's not powerful enough.
Bathroom was a bit sad with plastic walls and floor, giving the feeling of a budget cruise ship.

Booked 2 twin rooms but one of the rooms was very small, asked to be moved and this was dealt with without fuss. We didn’t have the Swiss adapter, again, dealt with. One couple had breakfast every morning and said there was great choice and plenty of it. Air conditioning worked perfectly so room was never too hot. Perfect location for wandering the back lanes/shops-in ‘Tourist’ Basel. Tram stop a short walk down the hill. All staff were extremely helpful and very pleasant. Would highly recommend this hotel. We would definitely stay here again.
