I had a pleasant experience overall. The location was perfect, making it easy to get around and explore. The breakfast was really good. The room was small but okay for a short stay, and the staff was very friendly

Unfortunately our experience in this particular hotel was not at all satisfactory and the 2 stars are included exclusively for breakfast and location! We stayed two nights in two different rooms, and the experience was problematic in both cases.
The first room was more like a hospital space than a hotel. There were obviously infrastructure for people with disabilities (bathroom ramps, support buttons, low bathtub). The bathroom was single, without any separating cabin for the shower, as a result of which water was filled everywhere and there was even a “sink” to collect it ourselves. When we contacted them for the next check-in asking not to give us a corresponding room, they replied that “we couldn’t have entered such a room”, completely ignoring the reality.
In the second room the situation was different but equally disappointing. The space was too small! Just where we put ourselves and our things. There was a separator in the bathroom this time, but again not in the toilet, while the water issue remained and again we had to clean them ourselves. Additionally, right above the shower, there were obvious metal elements between the wall and ceiling with wires to be seen, while the ceiling was worn out with trays to have fallen!
In both cases, basic benefits were lacking! There was no shampoo, no hairdryer, no refrigerator, just a TV.
The overall experience was disappointing and definitely does not meet what you expect from a hotel. The only really positive was the location (just in the city center) and the breakfast, which had a great variety and was very good!

Dear Thomas, Thank you for your feedback and for highlighting the breakfast and central location. We are a Lean Living concept hotel, focusing on smaller, space efficient rooms. We also offer larger room options, and upgrades are available depending on availability.
All rooms are equipped with shampoo, and if anything is missing, our reception is always available to assist. Hairdryers can also be borrowed from the front desk. Refrigerators are not included in the rooms, but important items can always be stored with us at reception. Thank you again for your feedback. Main issue was that the room was next to the illuminated hotel sign 😳... no real possibility to block the light as curtains where very basic...
Room is extremely small maybe 10 m2 including the bathroom... so unfortunately I can't leave a positive feedback

Very well located, close to to both centrum and the train station. Breakfast below average, Towels thin and small (I could see through it). The shower ok but afterwards the whole bathroom floor was wet.

Poor Customer Service
Sadly the staff have no compassion and won't make any allowance for someone that has developed a major health condition. Even when offering a medical certificate a refund was refused. Partial refund also refused and no opportunity to move the booking to another date for when I might be well enough to go to the hotel.
