A bit if a surprise

We had expected this homestay to be within walking distance of Ella town but this is not the case. Its very remote but the 9 arched bridge is a 10 minute walk away.
The room is extremely large but is lacking in furnishings such as a wardrobe, coffee table..bag stands pictures etc.
We were cold on our first night and needed to ask twice for additional bedding .
It was necessary for us to order an evening meal. The food was good but expensive for a home stay.
The view from the balcony has already been spoilt by construction.which is a great shame as we choose this room for the view. The balcony gets very little sunshine. This maybe a plus for some.
The staff were exceptionally good but I would expect good service at this price range.
This room.is not for us but if you want a modern room with in renote location it might suit you.

Wonderful stay, amazing views

We had an amazing experience at Ella Panorama Villa. Fernando was an incredible host, very friendly and he ensured we had everything we needed. He cooked us a wonderful breakfast on the balcony and helped us to order tuk tuks. The villa is very spacious, comfortable and clean. The view from the villa is spectacular, and we had a wonderfully peaceful stay, I’d highly recommend staying here.

Best villa in Ella

Best villa in Ella. Very Very well maintained / Very spacious room / very spacios both side balcony with a great view of mountains and train.. Breakfast was extraordinary with lot of fruits and vegetarian dishes. It was a homely feeling. I can't forget the hospitality of owner Fernandez. A very humble man.

Stay with the lovely Fernando!

Beautiful hotel. The views are unreal, the host, Fernando, was so lovely. We felt so looked after and cared for. He arranged tuktuks to and from town at a reasonable and fixed price of 1000. They prepared a gorgeous breakfast on the balcony for us too. This hotel deserves more reviews and more customers because it was fantastic. The room was huge and very comfortable, we loved staying here, thank you!

The place was an indeed place for a person who loves calm and quite environment. The staff was really friendly and understanding. The pillows and beds were the fuffliest not gonna lie. The food and the view was fantastic. The taxi driver that they introuced us was also a really nice and caring person. He was the best tour guide that we ever met.
