Everything fits here
We really enjoyed the stay at this hotel. It isi absolutely quiet and the sights are within walking distance in a short time. The pool is large ubd is located in a beautiful garden area. There is a good varied breakfast buffet. A large, secure parking space is available. We also found it helpful to find a German speaking owner. We were absolutely satisfied and can recommend the place 100%.

If Granada then only the Hotel Jardin de Granada
Many thanks to all the staff and especially the boss Marcia who enabled us to have incomparable beautiful days in Granada. We have been to many hotels in the world, but we have rarely experienced such a warm atmosphere. It is a refuge in the beautiful city of Granada. Starting from the cleanliness, the beautiful and tasteful decor to the security, everything was perfect. A nice and clean pool and secure parking completed the overall picture. Marcia gave us many valuable tips for our stay. And all this also in our local language German.The city center and good restaurants were within walking distance.

A nightmare experience
I was unable to sleep in my room because the ceiling was infested with bats, and I heard them clawing and squeaking all night. After bringing it to the attention of the staff, it became clear that they not only are aware of the problem, but they will not even admit that it has caused their guests a negative experience (I am not the only one who complained during my stay! The couple in the room next to me said the same thing), and they certainly have done nothing to rectify it.
The hotel staff have proceeded to harass me on my personal cell phone number (texts and calls) months after my stay in response to reviews I have left on other platforms. I have had to block three different numbers. This is unprofessional at best and abusive at worst. I loved my time in Nicaragua but this has easily been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in over a decade of international travel.
They will probably respond to this review with more harassment, and I will block those numbers too. I will not stop posting reviews until they stop abusing my personal contact information. Other guests deserve to know that this is the type of treatment they will get if they stay here. Book this hotel at your own risk.

High standards and great rooms
Booked a room here for one night at short notice after problems at our initial accommodation. We were delighted to find a friendly team, great rooms, nice sheets on the big comfy bed, hot showers, lovely gardens & pool area. Wish we had come here in the begining.
We had to leave early the next morning so missed breakfast - they couldn't do enough to help us, ensuring we had drinks before we left.
High standards & quality, very deserving of its good rating.

Amazing Hotel in Granada
Excellent hotel! Friendly staff, who gave amazing recommendations on what to do and where to eat. Great clean and comfortable rooms, awesome pool, and the complementary breakfast was delicious. Definitely staying here next time we visit.
