The house was perfect. 5 minutes walk to the restaurants one way and 7 minutes the other way. Seriously!
Less than 1 minute from the beach. The staff were nice and polite. The place quiet and peaceful. We truly had a fabulous time.

Bittersweet stay
The bungalows are very nice. Inside, they are spacious and have what is necessary, but the common areas are very poorly maintained. It is a complex of 25 bungalows for four people, and they only have 15 loungers by the pool. They don't even have loungers in the bungalows that have grass outside, which they could have. The pool had a green water edge all around it. My white bikini turned green, and people with white hair had green hair. This is something I have never seen in any complex before.

Blonde lady at reception needs to attend course how to treat guests
It started when we did not come in with the code that we got, call the number we got meets a really unpleasant woman .She says that we have to take photos of passports, credit cards and approve with bank id, when you are almost 80 years old it is not so easy to kneel out on the sidewalk and do this. Luckily, we were helped by other guests who had had the same problem. After a lot of ifs and buts we got the apartment number and code. The first thing we had to do in the morning was wipe the floors turned black underfoot. The first week we got no cleaning at all v2 after complaints it was better. The pool was freezing cold and sunbeds and umbrellas were broken the pool floor was not cleaned for 2weeks. Too bad they don't run the place better because the apartment was nice. Rose Marie

Apartment was spacious, clean, bed very comfortable, staff very helpful and pleasant , good at the pool was fresh and delicious, would def recommend and would stay agsin

NO CARE AND INSECURITY
Above all, the first thing I look for when staying is proper care and safety. After leaving me a belonging after checking out, and despite warning, they did not do the slightest to solve it, even when I raised it to the address, they have not given any answer. The service and the disposition towards the client is zero, probably the worst I have found in the very many accommodations I have been in. I would not recommend it, and would avoid it as much as possible as an accommodation option in the south of Gran Canaria.
