Peaceful stay with beautiful surroundings

A few small details however still worthy of a 5 star review.
Couldn’t have picked a better location, near the busy streets of the old town yet far enough away to be peaceful. Easy walk from bus station and to beach/prom area.
Spotless except the shower tiles could have been cleaner and maybe resealed.
Facilities were good with tea, coffee, water on arrival. Large sun filled balcony with loungers and seating. Bed comfortable however pillows not so much in my opinion.
Communication/checkin was seamless.
Would definitely recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Dishonest management

We stayed with our family at Marbella Village. The location and the apartment are okay, but the whole organization is highly opaque. We booked through Airbnb and it didn't say anything about a deposit anywhere. At check-in we were asked for a deposit of 200 euros without which we could not have moved into our apartment. After that we had a problem with an ant invasion in the apartment - instead of just cleaning the apartment and removing the ants, we were accused of eating in bed, which wasn't even true. And the ants were killed, but after that no cleaning staff came and cleaned, but the dead ants were left lying.
at the end of our stay we were confirmed in writing that the deposit was on the way. When I left honest feedback on Airbnb because of the unfriendly treatment, we were simply stripped of our deposit.
So a scam from A to Z. Not recommended.

Great price, location and staff. 10/10

My partner and I stayed here for 4 nights. The location was perfect, just up the street from plenty restaurants and bars and 10min walk to the prom/beach area. The apartment was clean and there was no noise at night time. It was great value for money and I would definitely stay here again.
The staff were the best part, they were so kind and welcoming and helped us a lot with a separate issue we were having. We will be very grateful to them for that. I would 100% recommend to stay here.

Viva Marbella village

First stay in Marbella in the best possible conditions. Clean, simple and functional accommodation. Wonderfully located with a sunny terrace with breathtaking views. Professional and warm welcome from Amine who does everything possible to facilitate the best stay.

Not as I had hoped

Although clean the property was not as the pictures showed. It was dark and smelly, drains, the details said linen changed every wednesday but I had to ask for this to be done on the Friday as there was no sign of it happening.
There were no instructions in the apartment and no access shown too the roof terrace. Two people I asked said they didn't speak English.
It was very noisy at night outside the apartment.
The windows didn't lock.
The shower head was off the wall and had to be held all the time.
